Our Story

Our Passion for Authentic Mexican Flavors

At Papos Tacos y mas, we have a passion for Mexican cuisine that drives everything we do. Our founder, Joe, grew up in a small town in Mexico and learned the art of cooking from his grandmother. When he moved to the San Fernando Valley, he brought his family recipes with him and began catering for small events. As word spread about his delicious food and authentic flavors, Papos Tacos y mas was born.
Today, we continue to honor our roots by using only the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Our menu features mouthwatering dishes like Chile verde, Chile colorado, carnitas, Queso birria, ceviche, asada nachos, and chicken nachos, all made from scratch with love and care. And don't forget our homemade chips with all salsas, homemade tortillas, aguas frescas, mini pancakes, and churros!
